What a Hand Wash Station Rental Covers
Last updated: November 2026
WA Toilet Pros provides rental of hand wash stations under the arrangements stated in your quote or written confirmation. That document describes the equipment, rental period, delivery or pickup, and any setup included. Site access, water supply, wastewater handling, and a suitable location must be arranged as agreed; plumbing, sewer connections, permits, and other site work are not included unless separately approved in writing.
Customers are responsible for choosing equipment and placement that fit their use and site. Requirements may depend on Washington Administrative Code 246-215 for food establishment handwashing, Washington Administrative Code 51-56 plumbing provisions, accessibility rules in Washington State Building Code Chapter 11 and the 2010 ADA Standards, or OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation.
Onsite sewage rules under WAC 246-272A and wastewater discharge approvals may also apply. Ask the relevant authority, such as Clallam County Environmental Health Services or the local sewer authority, about your site. Regulatory approvals and compliance consulting require a separate written agreement.
Booking, Changes, and Cancellation Requests
Appointments and rental dates are scheduled after WA Toilet Pros confirms availability and the agreed service details. A requested date is not reserved until that confirmation. Please provide accurate site access information, delivery timing, rental duration, and any relevant placement requirements when requesting a quote or booking.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change the order. Any notice period, cancellation charge, or date-change condition will be stated in your quote or written confirmation; no unstated fee is promised here.
A change to station quantity, location, rental period, delivery, or setup may affect availability and cost. We will explain any proposed change and obtain your approval before proceeding with the changed scope.
“Scope” means the specific equipment and work agreed for the booking. If a change cannot be accommodated, the existing confirmed arrangement remains subject to its written terms.
Weather, access problems, or other site conditions may require coordination before service can proceed.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
A quote describes the rental equipment and services WA Toilet Pros understands you have requested, along with the applicable charges and any payment timing stated in the quote. It is based on the information provided, including location, dates, rental period, access, and requested setup.
If those details change, the quote may need to be revised. A quote is not a booking confirmation unless it says so or we confirm the booking separately in writing.
Payment is due according to the invoice or written confirmation. Review those documents for the amount, due date, and accepted payment arrangements; this page does not set a price or offer financing.
Ask us to clarify any charge before approving the work. We will seek your approval before performing a scope change that affects the quoted work or cost.
If you do not approve a proposed change, we will discuss whether the original arrangement can still be completed. Any taxes or additional charges will be identified in the applicable quote or invoice.
Equipment Condition and Written Coverage
WA Toilet Pros will provide the rental equipment and any setup described in your written confirmation. This page does not establish a separate workmanship warranty, guaranteed service duration, or fixed warranty period.
If a specific warranty or service commitment applies to your booking, it must be stated in a written agreement or confirmation from us. Please review that document for its duration, coverage, and any steps for reporting a concern.
Tell us promptly if equipment appears damaged, is not operating as expected, or differs from the confirmed arrangement. Do not attempt repairs or alterations unless we authorize them.
Coverage or service remedies may not apply to damage, misuse, unauthorized changes, improper connection, neglect, or site conditions outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Rental equipment remains subject to the agreed rental terms, including return and care requirements if specified.
Questions about condition or a reported issue can be directed to WA Toilet Pros using the contact details below. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate site information, safe access, and any required utilities or approvals that are not included in the written service scope. WA Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccessible locations, or loss caused by a customer’s misuse or unauthorized alteration of rental equipment, to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude responsibility where applicable law does not allow it.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
Customers remain responsible for determining which requirements apply to their site. These may include food-service handwashing rules under WAC 246-215, plumbing provisions in WAC 51-56, accessibility standards, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, and onsite sewage rules under WAC 246-272A.
Wastewater discharge may require approval from the local sewer authority or another regulator; confirm requirements before use. This section does not replace approvals or obligations imposed by government authorities.
Questions About These Rental Terms

Our listed address is Fifth Ave Plaza, 520 N 5th Ave, Sequim, WA 98382. Include your name, booking details if applicable, and the section you are asking about so we can respond more clearly.
These terms describe general conditions and do not replace the written quote or confirmation for a particular rental. If documents differ, contact us to clarify the applicable arrangement before service.
WA Toilet Pros may update these terms by publishing a revised version or providing notice through a booking, quote, or other direct communication. An update applies as stated in the notice and does not change a confirmed booking retroactively unless you agree or the law requires otherwise.
Please check the version available when making a new request. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
Mason Carter
Service Expert at WA Toilet Pros
I built my work around serving Sequim and nearby communities, where a wet-weather event or a remote jobsite can make basic handwashing harder to arrange. I started this rental service to help local organizers and crews get portable sinks, including hot-water options, delivered and set up with practical access and timing in mind.
